Charity Donations Requests
All charity donation requests must be submitted in writing on Charity letterhead,
accompanied by the silent auction form. Only those donations sent to the attention of Charity Donations will be considered.

No fax or email requests will be accepted or acknowledged. Please allow a minimum of 60 days prior to the event. Corporate policy is no cash donations. All donations requests will be considered and mailed out if approved.
